What we look for
We’re not looking for the student with the most polished résumé or the longest list of accomplishments. We want to understand who you are, what has shaped you, and what you’ve done with the opportunities available to you. Achievement matters, but context matters too. Work, caregiving, family responsibilities, community involvement, personal growth, and persistence all help tell your story.
A commitment to your goals, even when the path isn’t easy.
The ability to keep showing up, adapt, and move forward.
Integrity, responsibility, self-awareness, and care for others.
Drive. Resilience. Character.
